Terrible Customer Service

I was called "You are not special, you are just like any other customer by a consultant at Iwyze while i was reviewing my policy" to make matters worse i lodged a complaint and guess what nothing was done...In an emergency one would actually be compromised because of such unprofessional behavior...to make matters worse the manager comes in "we are sorry about conduct of our employee, as an apology we will offer you a month's insurance for free. Did it happen? No! they went and debited my account!
