Terrible Customer Service

It is for the very first time coming across a company with such a terrible service. The have only one contact number and it’s IVR for car insurance gives you option for accident emergency only. You can’t can’t hold of any other department. You email them and all your emails bounce back. I am super frustrated with iWyze
