Terrible claims experience.

One has to continuously follow up with iwyze, they never respond after promising a call back, its taken iwyze months for a cellphone repair claim, 2 weeks just to collect it & another to respond that they have approved the claim & to expect a call from repairer. Another week gone with no response, lack of empathy & concerned when i do follow up. Fed Up.
