Talk to much, help very little

Tried to register on iwyze website, no luck. Left message to call me back, nothing

Phoned 3 times yesterday on ***, got cut of each time after 10 minutes. 4th time I phone, I got to speak to someone. She informed me I have no Policy with them. Phoned again today, this time they informed me I have a policy.

I just need my Policy number, they sent me 200 sms's to say I must go for HIV test.

I informed the lady, but I had to listen to 10 minutes of **** I complained about it and she hanged up.

So still no policy number
