Taking too long to resolve a dispute and insensitive.

Iwyze has not paid my claim since May 2022. I am still surprised at the way they treat their clients. It cannot be true that a business such as Iwyze which has been underwritten by such a reputable company. like Old Mutual, fails to honour such a lawful and fair claim. It is strange to find an insurance company making promise to cover third party for more than R500 000 while it cannot pay as little as R55000,.00 Does this thing called third party exist??
