Take my money without permission.
I called on the 7 October to get a provisional quote for vehicle insurance, in the event I finance a new vehicle in the week.
Advised me we will save the details or the 13th Oct and you can always call in to cancel, you will be debited last day of the month. If you get the vehicle then just call in to give registration details and accept debit order mandate.
I called in on the 10th to cancel this. I received a text stating debit order will be going off soon. I called in and emailed and yet I am still awaiting feedback.
I have been debited for a vehicle I do not posses, I have not accepted debit order mandate.
I am now paying for car insurance for a car I do not own. Ridiculous.
I want my refund and this policy closed, and I hope this is not affecting my credit record.
Sales people quick to manipulate, no service exists afterwards.
