Surprise Cancellation Fee..... Shocking
Bunch of rogues. Been with them for well over 5 years. Only lodged 1 claim with them... Nowhere in my policy schedule did it state that a fee must be paid for immediate cancellation. Neither did the consultant notify me that i had to pay a cancellation fee. Now suddenly just because i want to cancel with them they require a R450 admin fee.
