Stupid insurance
Pathetic service. The insurance is nonsense. We are covered for household, it's over 3 weeks without a fridge and tv. The roof is leaking due to heavy winds and rain. Reported but still final response. The assessor who came to evaluate the roof asked how come we stay in a white people's area when we are black and was full of attitude. Proceded to say we covered with a bad insurance and it seems we damaged the roof on purpose. Iwyze has declined to fix roof and also said we shouldnt be getting new fridges and TV but they over rided. What nonsense is that. They don't tell you when u take the insurance but when it's claim time they take out all the terms and conditions.

18 Aug 2020, 18:03Good day today we have been waiting on you guys yet again to send banking details so we can pay the excess that is due so hat we may receive our fridges and TV. The agent said they would send via sms. We phoned and the response from war we deal with a lot of clients and we send lots of clients smses. How rude is that when we are already frustrated with no TV and fridges, the amount of money we have spent on groceries.. It's been over 3 weeks and this is frustrating
This should now be treated with agency. Worse we are spending more money phoning you guys and this too much and completely unfair. Schools are open we have to buy our kids lunch everyday because we don't have a fridge. This has gone beyond frustrating, we are incurring unnecessary expenses that ull will surely not repay. The least ull could do is to send us the fridges with immediate effect without having to excess.
