Still waiting on no claim reward

<p>My previous reviews has reference.I received a letter from iWYZE re a no-claim reward due to me. It was supposed to be paid into my account on 04/12/2016. I enquired on 08/12/2016 and was told payment should be made by 09/12/2016. Today 12/12/16 , nothing has been paid out. I phoned again and now I was told that certain claims need to be closed first before payment can be made. No time frame wrt pament date. What pathetic response. Why did they send me this letter with a date of payout as well? Policy number ********** 197. After my first report to Hellopeter on 12/12/16, I received a call from Pearl on ********** informing me that she will sort the problem out and come back to me on 15/12/16. Today 20/12/16, i am still waiting for any progress as i was told yesterday that she will get back to me after 12pm. Have phoned her number today...no response. So FRUSTRATING. Can somebody please assist.</p>
