Still waiting for response after a year and half 🤦🏽***/22

Why do we still have institution like ombudsman if we all know they’re friends with insurance companies. It’s been a year since my case is not given attention at Ombudsman. I feel ****** by my insurance and ombudsman. I can’t even act further on the insurance because ombudsman is protecting them by holding me, saying my case is still under review. A year and half later case still under review. Clearly ombudsman is a beneficiary of insurance companies (Iwyze insurance) and we are the victims. Can anyone help
