Still waiting a month later

On 10 December 2017 I submitted a claim and am still waiting for feedback. I feel very undermined as I had to go through the festive season carrying this burden. After calling repeatedly i was told that the claims department is still on leave. I am a Consultant and am completing my masters degree and this has placd additional stress on me. Or is it because I am black that no urgency was placed on my claim? i can only wonder because I have not heard of any other race waiting this long. I am value conscious and experience driven and everything I do is purged in relation to time and money, and do not appreciate calling IWyze so many times and not hear anything from them. I thought iWyze was of good report as per the recommendations of my white peers, however I feel discriminated against and undermined. I need an amicable resolve of this as soon as possible!
