Still waiting 4mths for salvage 3rd party excess

So i had an accident in dec on the way to kzn . 1stly it took iywze almost a mth 2pay out the claim now its been 4mths waiting 4the 3rd party and my excess 2b paid out . We have to wait 4them 2 then claim from the trucking company. We get no communications regarding anything from the salvage company going on 4mths now!10k might be nthn 4url however for ppl whose still dealing with the truma of the accident the claims shud atlease go smoothly i wont recommend iywze to anyone .!!!
