Still waiting 10 months later

Hello IWYZE it's me, your "client" still inquiring about a matter that I lodged a complain on since February 2017 with regards to my access recovery from the third party, I was refered to a lady named paballo kekana who then referred me to Luyanda who then referred me to Maryke Minnie...I've been following up with Maryke with regards to the progress of my case, and now that the third party has started making payments I am told by maryke that I need to contact IWYZE as she works as Iwyze's legal representative. So if this was the case why then was I made to contact this lady and when am I being paid my access as I was not at fault in the accident? Why am I made to feel like you are doing me a favor? I think I deserve better and I will change my insurer.
