Still no closure

Based on my previous complaint/reveiw. iWYZE Complaints department did make contact with me. I subsequently re-provided all communication in the last 8 months back to iWYZE, this was almost 20 emails! On the positive side a couple of claim amounts was noted in my bank account. On the negative side I re-contacted iWYZE Complaints department just to understand if everything has been completed w.r.t. the Claims and what possible reason there was for any unpaid claim amounts - however I have NOT heard from them for 2 weeks now!
