Still charged for terminated insurance

I cancelled my iWyze Gap Insurance and received a confirmation on the 13th of November 2018 that termination will be effective 30November18. When I realised I am still being charged 2 months later I queried and was told that it will be corrected and I can expect a refund. Today I get a new email stating that my insurance termination is effective 1 February 19. And no word about any refund!
