STILL AWAITING FEEDBACK

Claim ***<br> <br> In numerous accoasions i have sent email a upon emails and until date no feedback was received. <br> <br> My mother logged a claim with iWYZE insurance October 2015. Some of the goods ware already replaced however no wants to advise with regards to the outstanding goods. <br> <br> Firstly the person whom as dealing with the claim did not know what certain items on the list was, when trying to explain still did not understand. <br> <br> Then the person comes back and advise proof of purchase is required for the items he did not know of. <br> <br> My question is how do you expect one to have proof of purchse of items purchsed years before the insurance was taken out and why was proof of paurchse not requested for the items that was replaced. <br> <br> Your timeous response will be appreciated. <br>
