stereotyping and bullying insurers (OLD MUTUAL IWYZE)

I am a client of iWYZE insurance, I had an accident in December and lodged my claim immediately, it would seem that the insurance is adamant not to do what's right, and has gone as far as accusing me of "dishonesty and misrepresentation" according to them. I take the accusation and allegation made very seriously and will stand with my truth up until the highest court in the land deems me otherwise.

According to OLD MUTUAL IWYZE insurance the tracking device indicates the opposite direction from the direction that I was traveling from, mind you this is my tracker it's not paid for by IWYZE insurance, I pay for it over and above the exorbitant fees they charged me monthly, of which we all know, are already stereotype fee based, which is beside the point at this moment.

The puzzling fact, is that the same tracker logged an implausible speed for anyone to drive on the day and time of the accident, but this is used to decline my claim. In the processing of my claim I noted that my case manager's mind was already made and I quote "the insurance looks at claims made by drivers driving your car as high risk" . I am almost certain that I was stereotyped because of the place I live in, my race and the type of car I drive. What upsets me is that, I'm in debt because of iWYZE, they towed my car to Pretoria, regardless of the fact that they did not give you clear claim timeframes.

I wonder how many people have fallen to this ***eonhole and trap of being the wrong race, living in the wrong place, being the wrong gender and worse driving a golf GTi or any car that is "considered high risk". If you are with iWYZE please relook at whose covering you! I do understand that insurance ***** is rife, but I believe what they are doing is also *****.

Good afternoon

I'm not sure about how this works, but I feel very prejudiced right now. I can't do anything or move forward. I was promised contact by iWyze on the 16th of March 2017, to date that has not materialised.

Regards,

S Cindi
