Firstly a consultant couldnt beat my insurance premium, so the person told me that he wants to check if Iwize wont beat the premium. He checks n it beats my premium by 400. So i moved to iwize. Upon receiving the docs, and reading them, that agent **** about my profile and removed all important history so that the premium could be low. Had i not read my docs, surely they would never pay out when i get in an accident. So i called to have the information removed added back thus my premium shot back up to the premium i was paying with my previous insurer.

Never trust any agent stating that the premium is low now. Ready your docs, Iwize consultants have no Integrity.

Due to that i decided to cancel that stupid insurance and go back to The King 👑 🤴 (y'all know who that is)

I cancelled my insurance on the 19th of December with immidiate effect but my premium was on the 20th so it went through. The person dealing with the cancelation sent an incorrect amout (more by R50) to the refund department so it got rejected. A few weeks later (early Jan) i call to follow up, they tell me my refund was rejected because an incorrect amount was submitted. That supervisor logged another refund request. Then 3 days later i call to follow up on the second refund attempt, i was told that theres a backlog but they will follow up to speed up the process. Yesterday the 2nd of Feb, i call again to follow up and i was told the very first story that an incorrect amount was submitted 😪 and another refund claim has to be logged. So technically my records of calls and requests in Jan got deleted from the system.

I hate this complany, and stay away because if it takes them this long to repay a premium of 1799, will they even pay if your car gets writen off and claim for another car? In combination with all the reviews I've seen about this company, i can conclude, old mutual Iwise are *****s wearing suits and ties.

Till today im still waiting for my refund, people are waiting for their claims and cars for 6months 😅😅. Had i seen this before accepting an iwize policy, i would have not even considered talking to them.
