Stay away from Iwyze insurance because they will ruin your credit score,for no reason

I was insured with Iwyze Old Mutual for the past 2 years , and I have never missed a single payment , however when I wanted to claim , they now cancelling my insurance without even talking to me about it.

I mean insurance is paid upfront(advance) monthly ,so what does it have to do with them listing our names on credit bureau . The Insurance Claim assessors at Iwyze are very spitefull ,when I claimed ,they went onto my Credit profile and updated something , which has cause my score to decline by 5 points.

I would recommend other people to stay away from Iwyze Insurance , because they hate to have Clients claim from their insurance , they are only happy when you pay and they dont mind ruining someone credit score,just for the fun of it.
