Stay away from Iwyze if you want your claims to be paid!!!!

I have an IWyze gap cover policy which I have been paying for the past 30 yrs-i have never claimed untill the 6th June 2022 for the difference between the Dr's account and what my medical fund paid for a knee replacement.My claim was submitted on the 6th June 2022 and am still waiting for it to be finalised? I have had numerous discussions with a lady by the name of Rainy without any success.I then..on her recommendation...sent an e-mail to their complaints dept which...up till today...has not even bothered to respond? This kind of poor service is certainly not expected from a company which forms part of the Old Mutual group...if you need GAP cover stay away from Old Mutual.
