Stay away from Iwyze

I usually hear customers complaining about Iwyze and old mutual and they are 100% correct, how can you phone the customer and say the claim has been approved and even mention the amount of the refund, and when the refund will be deposited the following day boom another consultant calls the next day to say they will only pay for 1 item and the other item is declined, Iwyze is full of nonsense. Stay away from Iwyze.
