Staff never respond to telephone or emails and misread emails

Staff never respond to telephone or emails and misread emails. Eventually after 5 months of trying to get a full refund of a premium deducted after cancellation, a promised refund of the balance due from a month ago still hasn't been paid and now the consultant ignores my emails.
