Spoke to Sinethembi Sikrwege after I got a sms saying that I need a tracking device installed in my vehicles

Spoke to Sinethembi Sikrwege after I got a sms saying that I need a tracking device installed in my vehicles. Have been with Iwyze 11 years and this was never mentioned to me before. The sms said that my vehicles are not covered against theft or hijacking due to this. I was upset in the way they communicated this to me. They could have called me or/and send me an e-mail. Secondly Sinethembe told me that I have to take my vehicles for inspection, which didnt make sence as they have been on my insurance for 7 and 8 years respectively. After long discussion, Sinethembe agreed that they were wrong in their way of communication and that vehicle inspections were not needed. I will now fit tracker devices as soon as possible and vehicles will still be covered against theft and hijacking.
