Speedy response to Claim

Good Day <br> <br> I would like to extend my gratitude and compliment to Ephraim Nkosi for his speedy response and handling of my claim. From the first call Ephraim was not only empathetic to my situation (break in) but also very professional and helpful. The delay in the process was actually caused by me delaying with submitting the quotes required on time. <br> <br> Ephraim kept me constantly in the loop and when he said he would call at a certain time / certain he would. He followed up with me whenever there were documents I needed to submit of if he required clarity. <br> <br> The delivery of the ****** items was quick the delay for the ****** cell phone was from the supplier side.
