so much for the "Mom what's gona happen to us when you die" statement! can i tell you? They will not pay out your claim! because when its time to pay they will reject your claim and they are very quick in cancelling your policy which you had with them for years.

I'm so disappointed at Iwyze, claim no 991099! My house was ****** and cleaned out in my presence at gun-point and im 7 months pregnant! I submitted all my claim documents, proof, pictures and receipts that i had and i've just received a letter rejecting my claim because of one item they feel does not match their description! which was provided by a third party not myself, i was only asked if i had seen it before in the house. This morning i even felt maybe those ****s should has ****ed me, maybe my claim would taken seriously, but then also remembered that all my policies and life covers are with Old Mutual and clearly my kids were not going to be paid for them because all they do is look for a way-out when its time to pay!! they still have a nerve to say their "Customer Service Department" will call me! call me and say what? "Miss Mtshali I'm sure im sure you have mis-carried your baby by now? those ****s fled with my home keys which are well covered in my policy but they didnt even show any sympathy to all the trauma i went through!

I should have noted all the complaints and unfair treatment posted by other clients! Insurance that rips off people and when they are done quickly cancel your insurance because they have made enough from you and jump to the next victim!
