Sneaky tactics to avoid payout

I made a claim regarding something which was supposed to be repaired and wanting to know if the repairs were covered. I was sent for an assessment at a particular assessment centre, when I got there I was told I needed to send my vehicle to the dealer directly. Which I did. I received a quotation for the repairs, which I sent to the Insurance assessor who was in contact with me.

Iwyze then gave me feedback that the repairs required costs less than the Excess amount and thus they will not be covering the repairs. I was glad to hear this because the quotation I had received from the dealer was more than twice the excess I was going to pay. So with this information, I requested they send me the fault report and quotation which is less than the excess so I can have these repairs done and paid for by myself.

I received the report and quotation but the document shows the quotation was from the assessment company which actually never even looked at my vehicle as they told me I needed to go to the Dealer directly. I sent an email to Iwyze requesting more information and complaining because the quotation they sent me does not match what they said they received from the dealer. They are not responding to my email and when I call, I keep getting told someone will call me, noone has called me.

It looks like they are evading my efforts to contact them and trying to find a way out of paying for these repairs. All I want is the quotation they are refusing to pay which is from the dealer because I can't be quoted by an assessment centre that does not even know what is wrong with my vehicle.
