snail pace claims process

i logged a claim on the 1st of July to date i have not been contacted by either the assessor or anyone from iWyze. i always call to follow up on my claim and they say they will escalate. i sent all the content forms needed and no one is saying anything to me. i believe this is the time when you need your insurance to give you peace of mind in a stressfull time but they add more stress. im very disappointed in iwyze.
