For the past 10 years i had a home content policy with this company first time i had a break-in and, i was treated like a ********. I sumbited my claim i only got a response after two weeks only because i demanded to speak with the manager. The assessor came to my apartment after a week and the owner had fixed. He just there was no forceful entry not considering the fact that he came late and the owner had fixed. The way he spoke to was Intimidating after taking statements from people around some dont even stay there and the contractors . The very same assessor **** about the stament from the owner and it was not on record forcing me to conference about stories i know nothing about and but the contractor story was on record because it was in line with his speculation and how he felt. But did not record the ower during his invegation because she did not say what he wanted to hear. The assessor forced me to sign the withdrawal letter without reading or explaining to me. I reported the matter to his superior, confirmed and greed that the manner that the assessor handle the matter was inappropriate after he listening to the record. I had an interview with the supervisor and requested all the recordings he a greed on the day. After few days i was called for another interview with supervisor of supervisor at their office. It became worse he made example about his wife with regards to items in the kitchen and i answered in my way to him it was not practical just because i did not answer the way his wife does things he made examples of cars, im clueless when it comes to cars i also answered with my little knowledge of cars. Not even ones iwyze confirm with the police who were on the scene. It was the assessor being protected by his supervisor and supervisor backing up the supervisor with irrelevant examples to channel my response to suit their speculation and opress my answers to contradict my statement.. Iwyze employees are manipulative and dent your name. They will take your money when you claim it is a problem.
