Six Months of Frustration: Unresolved Claim and Poor Service

I am extremely disappointed with Old Mutual - Iwyze. It has been over six months since I filed a claim, and I have not seen any resolution. Suppliers have not been paid and 3rd party payments have been a drag. The process has been nothing short of frustrating, with endless delays, a lack of communication, and a complete disregard for my situation. Despite numerous follow-ups, I keep getting vague responses and empty promises. This company has no intention of honoring its commitments or providing the service it claims to offer. I would not recommend Old Mutual - Iwyze to anyone looking for reliable and timely insurance support.
