SIPHOSETHU MBALI is brilliant!!!! I sent through my claim last Friday around 16H30 and within 5 minutes i received a response. I needed to submit 1 extra document which i said i would send through first thing this morning, which i did. At a blink of an eye i received his response that all the documentation was now in order and he would address accordingly. Within 15 minutes my claim was approved and closed.
