Single mom lives on floor for 45 days and still iwyze 0 help

This is with great sadness that I today's age 2023 a single mum staying in her own insured through your company who took the trust to be with a reputable insurer had to experience the worst kind of service one would think being humane and holding great values will promote your company however today and going forward my following and social media will hear a story of how an elderly lady reaching pension had to stay in a home that was inhabbitable dor 1 month and 15 days my "mom" your client put a claim in on the month of August her home was flooded and due to there being carpets the home was smelling moldy and even your assessors told her that she cannot stay there she slept on the floor now for 45 days bearing cold and her medical issues the iwyze and old mutual group sent out people to work in her home that messed up her electricity #1she stays in a very dangerous area even though home was flooded electricity was not working after you guys came and worked nothing has been done in 45 days for her lights to be restored she has no cctv working she has no lights her food was destroyed over R5000 in goods because 45 days there has been no lights at her home she had to be forced to eat from cans as she is vegetarian this story goes on my mom has been in the dark no cookable food as she eats from a can and yet she still pays your premium this is not only dissapointing but inhumane what values does iwyze hold pensions should be concerned to want to be insured with you her food got rotten and still she says you guys will come and help 45 days later would you let your mom live like this ??????
