Shocking service

I am shocked with the service I have received from Sibongile Bopape on my claim. Since submitting all required documents she's has never made contact with me. I ended up calling the call centre I had to wait for 20 minutes holding on the line be for assistance. I eventually got hold of Sibongile who promised to provide feedback last week Monday. I've sent her follow up emails but I get no response.
