Shocking Claims Service

I was burgled and lodged a claim with iWyze, I sent through the police report and details of ****** goods and photos of forced entry. I was told that because I couldnt locate Proof of Purchases for the ****** goods that they would be replaced with cheaper alternatives.

I then sent a follow up email to Emmah Sebeela to check what was happening, but got no reply. A week later I sent another email, again no reply. I then called, and spoke to another claims assistant who transferred me to a supervisor who then promised to resolve the issue. A week later and still no word back from iwyze, I called again, this time I asked the claims consultant (Nomsa) if she could check the status of the claim, she told me it was finalised, then asked where the proof of purchases were???

I told her that I had been through all this with Emmah and the Supervisor and I asked to speak to a manager, 45 minutes of being on hold and I hung up. Airtime is expensive and this is costing me a lot!!

The service from iWyze claims is appalling, they promise hassle free insurance, up until the point that they have your money!!

Hello mjbliss,

Please accept my apologies for the delay in finalizing your claim and the lack of feedback. This was addressed with the consultants and Team Leader.

Emmah has been in touch with you to apologise and to finalise your claim. An AOL was sent through today which you have signed and sent back. Payment has been processed and Emmah will follow up to ensure that there are no further delays.

If in the future you experience delays or have any issues you are welcome to email *** .

Kind regards
Tasmin
