We are unfortunately not in a position to provide you with the feedback you require as we, the insurer also doesn't know the progress of the repairs at the moment and we sincerely apologise for this. (Iwyze could have requested photos)<br> <br> 37 days later Iwyze cannot give me the repair status after promising completion on day 26. Completion now scheduled for day 42.
