iWyze is the most uncomfortable insurance I’ve had, phones always drop, lines are horrible, feedback is almost non-existent, information is never captured correctly, and professionalism is an individual trait. I single out Mpho Soko, an agent that helped me simply capture a claim after I tried for a day, scrutinized every phase of the process, and while sharing his sentiment, he pleaded that I allow the work to be done for the money I spend on the insurance monthly. I had never done a claim, and if it wasn’t for him, I would think this was a complete (scheme) waste of cash.
