Serious predicament I am in

Accident Claimed in August 2022 successful and car taken to Potch Panelbeaters got repaired but couldn't be driven for more than 3 days and had problem of shaking when it got started

Towed back to the Panelbeaters for assessment which it's report stated that the car was driven without diesel that's why the shaking and now I have to proof that the assessment results are not valid, if I can't proof I must fetch the car s it is not their fault, the rert was released in March

I still don't have the car as when I asked the Manager to empty her car and drive to have proof she became very arrogant, told me how I left t my car for long at the Panelbeaters which means I must pay for storage.

I have struggle without my car for more than a year now, while I've been with them since 2013 or so...
