My mother was paying old mutual, she passed away in May 2021, may her soul rest in peace, so I called the insurance and they send me claims documents to fill in, I did everything and send all the required documents that they needed, they came back to me with a feedback that state that my mother didn't do an HIV test so her cover downgraded, so they won't pay out the claim because of that, confused as I am in her bank statement she was paying R200 and something every month till she died in natural causes. ******** they prey on poor people.
