Been with Iwyze for a year! They sent me an email increasing my premium by R100 I then called them they now decreased it by R20 from my previous. I had called a couple of months ago to cancel and I was told my premium would be reviewed in Jun and I shouldn’t cancel not only that the consultant who was helping me even got my night time address incorrectly even though I repeated. Very bad customer service I am actually shopping for car insurance
