My claim was eventually rejected after three months which also included premium and excess increase. Furthermore my entire policy was canceled effective date of incident and I was to be refunded. I was refunded R4600 opposed to the premiums of over R9500, with no explanation whatsoever.

And I lodged a dispute to which they promised to respond within 10 working days. It has been 17 working days to date and no response or follow up.
