I recently did a quote with Iwyze. Unfortunately they could not beat or match my current premium. I obviously declined to take up their offer, however I was not offered the R505 as per their promo.

When I enquired, I was contacted by a very friendly consultant who told me that because my current excess is R1500, and their excess starts at around R4700, I do not qualify. I accepted his explanation as I did not wish to engage with him any further as it would have not changed the outcome,

Anyways, the reasoning provided is such a load of bull. If that is their excuse for not keeping up to their promise as per the advert, then they will never be able to match anybody's premium as long as their excess is higher than the potential customer.

Iwyze; please note that I do not want nor do I need your R505, however this has exposed your ********* behaviour and rest assured, I will NEVER consider taking up any policy with you are your affiliates in the future.
