Say no to iwyze
During November 2014, my house was burgled. The matter was reported to iwyze after numerous calls and emails were made. The call centre agents failed to respond on time of which I found it to be very unprofessional. The assessor by the name of Anthony came late in December to assess the claim and he was also very unhelpful as he came with a negative attitude towards me and my family. After the assessment, I received a call from him, notifying me that the claim was rejected although there was evidence to prove that there was a break in. Luckily this year the suspect was caught and confessed to the crime although I was falsely accused of staging the burglary including a possibility of planting fingerprints at my residence by Anthony's superior. After sharing my experience with friends and colleagues who some of them are also with iwyze are questioning their future with iwyze as they are afraid that they will become victims as well. I can't wait to attend our 3day easter conference to also share with the congregation. In conclusion, I would like to know, what is going to happen to my claim and iwyze staff who accused me. The matter was also referred to the onbudsman
