I cancelled my car insurance with effect from the the 27th march 2025. I also receive the notice of cancellation from their side acknowledging that it has been cancelled. On the 30th of March i deposited money into my bank account and it was debited by IWYZE. I called them trying to get a refund and I was told that they cannot do a refund even though the debit went off 3 days after I had cancelled. So they are basically making me pay for a service which thy are not offering. This is daylight ******* in its purest form.
