So after my call and emails to Iwyze, my sister got a call and she was told that she will be receiving an email and also the panel beater will call her. That was last week Thursday. Today is Wednesday which makes it a week later still no phone call or the email from Haley with details of the pb. If you have a policy with Iwyze you better think long and hard. Am shopping around for a new policy for my sister. Run people, customer service mean nothing to these people.
