Rude Service Advisor Zack

I requested a call back for car insurance as I wanted cover. I received a call back today around 9:45 from a rude lad called Zack. He told me they don't insure 2 cars if they are not at the same address. I said it's fine he can create a quote for me for 1 of my cars. Throughout the call he was disinterested and rude. At the end of the quote I told him I was not interested he asked me what was the purpose of us creating the quote alluding that I wasted his time. He's rude and doesn't have any customer relations.
