Rude consultant - IWYZE

I was doing on-line building quotation request when i receive a call from one of iwyze consultant who i could not get his name, he asked me the year model of my car and i asked him why he is asking me about the car information while i have been completing building information on-line? and asked him why he did n't check what the quote request was for before he could make a call, and he gave me a rude response and said he can not assist me cause i think he assume the call is for a car insurance and banged the phone on my ear.
