Rude and unprofessional employee

Well done!!! To your pathetic agent who dropped the call on me(refused to give his name) and the voice line of your company demonstrates the ******* this company hires to face clients and who gives them a right to ruin peoples days with their rude ********* behaviour. People are already busy and stressed with their own work and lives, dont need unnecessary idiots to make it worse. It only portrays the organisations terrible professionalism and desperation for new business when hiring *********** employees to call clients. You losing more than gaining because service like this makes one think why would i ever want to do business with you again. Please ensure you listen to the call recording before your representative gets published from my recording and lets hope this matter in addressed or does complaints also not concern the organisation???
