Royalty service received

I unfortunately got involved in an accident on 18/02/2025 and am insured with iWYZE insurance for more than five years now and never claimed. I called while at the scene and logged a claim, my claim was attended so fast I'm still in disbelief. A tow truck arrived within an hour. My claim was assigned to a gentlemen called "William Walker" who made sure that he reaches out till he got hold of me. Once I submitted all the documents they requested, my claim was approved. Less than 5 days to be exact because they couldn't reach me soon enough due to the network at my then location. My vehicle is still in for repairs and am hoping I get it back soon. I even received a discount on the access fee. What's left now is the 3rd party claim to be finalised with the other driver and this traumatic experience will be a memory I choose to bury.
