Rotten service, Bad service ,*********** stuff

Bad service and *********** consultants.

I called to change my debit order date and Dikeledi Mathole assisted me ,she did the debicheck that I was supposed to approve,I got the notification the amount was more than my premium, I asked her why is it more and she said to me it's the amount the bank gives them just to be safe ,the agreed premium will continue to take place I said okay.

Come end of September the debit order that went off was the higher premium that she said it's from the bank and I called again D Motlou assist and told me at the end of October they will debit less amout ,however today the debit order came with the same amount as end of September.

All these consultants are ***********. Now I see why iwyze is cheap ,it is because they offer rotten service.
