Roadside assistance during an emergency non existent r

I would recommend female drivers to look somewhere else to insure yourselves in case you need roadside assistance. Iwyze and their providers totally unreliable in an emergency.

Had a tyre puncture as before it got dark called Iwyze at 17:20 requesting assistance with tyre. I can change my tyre but opted not to just it was getting dark and was avoiding people seeing it was a female stuck. Iwyze told me all their service providers within 40 km radius were either not answering their calls or did not have available trucks. The provider they found more than 40 km away cancelled on me when I thought he was about to arrive. I was first assisted by the police who escorted me to the nearest gas station. After 2 hours my family members who were 70 km away from me arrived to assist me . Iwyze and their providers are unreliable, will not minimise your safety risk during an emergency.

Rather try another insurance company.
