Roadside Assist

I would like to lodge a formal complaint as far as service is concerned.

My year of Inception is in May. We are in July. My last claim was 2 incidents that happened in the month of December 2020, within the May yr 2020 to May yr 2021.07.16

I am allowed 2 towing’s within the year according to my contract.

From June 2021 my benefits for June 2021 to May 2022 were not loaded thus I cannot be helped with roadside assistance.

They are now trying to change what I was told with regards to above, and say the year I can claim is from Incident to incident…

I have asked another towing to assist in cash basis and hope IWYZE will rectify all my expenses and troubles with regards to this incident. I spoke to 4 Consultants, 2 from roadd assist, and 2 from Client services. in the end had to pay cash for towing, not organized by my insurance company which I'm paying every month. Service and credibility for IWYZE just went out the window.
